24/7 Control Centre

We operate a fully integrated, computerised control centre and incident reporting facility which is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The system is based on a Pin Code log specific to the site and employee which records the arrival and departure of our Security Guards at your premises. Our control centre operators undertake calls every hour to ensure the safety of lone workers as well as random safety check calls are made to keep in touch with staff on duty.

This is backed up by emergency mobile patrollers who report back to the control centre to ensure constant coverage and ultimate security levels. All control centre staff have at least 3 years’ experience and undergo continual training in line with SIA standards.

Our computerised system, Logosoft at the heart of our control centre can produce detailed reports for you to enable our team to continually improve our security coverage.
