DCL Security Consultants Limited operate a 24 hour - 365 day communications centre, from
its head office in Glasgow, supplying all kinds of support and monitoring round the clock to all our
employees this adding confidence and reassurance to our Clients.

Some Companies do not have the benefit of having a 24 hour manned Control room
THEY CAN NOW. . . .

DCL Security Consultants Limited using their own fully trained Control room Staff can adjust
our systems to monitor and receive calls from your own Lone Workers / Employees. This service
can be tailored to suit Security staff, call-out engineers, doctors, nurses, vets & visiting health
workers, hotel night porters, petrol station attendants, bailiffs but to name a few.

Access Control covered by CCTV, have been installed to ensure the safety of our own
Control room staff, allowing access to authorised personnel only.

We currently utilize a system designed by LOGOSOFT, which incorporates Recruitment,
Screening, Rostering, Call Logging, Payroll and Invoicing programs.

ROSTER Manager Plus: Provides us with a comprehensive list of reports that have been
tailored to suit our requirements. Real-time monitoring and the recording of all incidents can
produce on the spot reports.

CALL Manager: This is a fully automated system which enables us to monitor and control our
employees, and helps with our commitments towards Health & Safety in Lone Workers.
