24/7 integrated control center with computerised incident reporting 365 days a year.

SERVICES WE OFFER

We operate a fully integrated, computerised control centre and incident reporting system, staffed 24/7, 365 days a year. Using a site- and employee-specific pin code, we log the arrival and departure of our Security Guards. Our operators also make hourly check-in calls to ensure lone worker safety, along with random safety calls to stay in touch with on-duty staff.

This is backed up by emergency mobile patrollers who report back to the control centre to ensure constant coverage and ultimate security levels. All control centre staff have at least 3 years’ experience and undergo continual training in line with SIA standards. Our computerised system, Logosoft at the heart of our control centre can produce detailed reports for you to enable our team to continually improve our security coverage.
